NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS 5:01. The Union agrees that there will be no strike or other collective action which will stop or interfere with production, and that if any such collective action should be taken, it will instruct those of its members who participate in such collective action to carry out the provisions of this Agreement and return to work and perform their work in a manner acceptable to the Employer.
