No Solicitation or Interference. So long as the Executive is an employee of the Company or any other member of the Parent Group (other than while an employee acting solely for the express benefit of the Parent Group) and for a one-year period thereafter, the Executive shall not, whether for his own account or for the account or benefit of any other Person, throughout the Prohibited Area:
