No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. The Developer shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Building and/or make other constructions elsewhere on the Said Property/Said Cluster/Said Complex and/or Other Siddha Projects and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same notwithstanding any inconveniences that may be suffered by the Buyer due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. Till the Date Of Possession, the Seller shall be entitled to construct further sanctioned floors on and above the top roof of the Said Block and/ or car parks and/or to make other constructions elsewhere in the Said Premises and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same but after the Date Of Possession, the Seller shall have no such right. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Seller and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Seller shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.

The Vendor shall be entitled to construct additional/further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Block and/or make other constructions elsewhere on the Said Premises/Said Complex and shall at its absolute discretion be entitled to make from time to time additions or alterations to or in the said Complex and/or the Common Portions and shall be entitled to deal with and dispose of all of the above in any manner whatsoever and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same notwithstanding any inconveniences that may be suffered by the Buyer due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Vendor and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Vendor shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto. If any act or omission of the Buyer results in any interruption, interference, hindrance, obstruction, impediment or delay in the Project or the construction of the said Complex or any portion thereof including further constructions, additions and/or alterations from time to time and/or in the transfer, sale or disposal of any residential flat or portion of the said Complex, then in that event the Buyer shall also be liable to pay to the Vendor compensation and/or damages that may be quantified by the Vendor.

The Developer and the Owners shall be entitled to construct further floor on and above the top roof of the Said Building and/or make other constructions elsewhere on the Said Property/Said Complex and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto. Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause, it is clarified that the Developer and the Owners shall not be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Building after receiving the Completion Certificate from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. The Developer shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Complex after getting appropriate approval or sanction plan from the concert authority and the Buyers shall not obstruct or object to the same.
No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. The Seller shall be entitled to construction on the basis of sanction building plan or otherwise further floors to which the Buyer shall not have any objection and Buyer has hereby permitted the Seller to make further construction on the existing floors. The right of the roof shall always belong to the Seller and in case of further construction of additional floors the common installations on the roof shall be shifted to the roof of the top floor to be constructed at the cost of the Seller. The ultimate right of the roof after completing all constructions and handing over the roof to the association the roof shall belong to Buyers in common.

The Owner shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Building and/or make other constructions elsewhere on the Said Property/Said Phase/Said Complex and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same notwithstanding any inconveniences that may be suffered by the Buyer due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Owner and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors and/or sub-contractors appointed by the Owner shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. The Developer/Confirming Party shall be entitled to construct further floors on and above the top roof of the Said Building and the Buyer shall not obstruct or object to the same. The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Developer/Confirming Party and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer/Confirming Party shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.
No Obstruction by Buyer to Further Construction. The Sellers shall be entitled to purchase additional plots adjacent to the Said Premises or can enter into joint venture agreement for development of any plots adjacent to the Said Premises and amalgamate the same with the Said Premises and construct additional building/buildings therein, after written information and confirmation of the existing Buyers in the said complex
