Specified Facilities definition

Specified Facilities means the facilities set forth in Schedule 1.01(f).

Specified Facilities means the facilities set forth in Schedule 1.01(f). “SPV” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(i).

Specified Facilities shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 6A(1)(xiv).

Examples of Specified Facilities in a sentence

• All litigation expenses incurred for the common purposes and relating to common use and enjoyment of the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities.

• All expenses for running and operating all machinery, equipments and installations comprised in the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities, including elevators, diesel generator set, changeover switch, pump and other common installations including their license fees, taxes and other levies (if any) and expenses ancillary or incidental thereto and the lights of the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities and the road network.

• The Buyer also admits and accepts that the Developer and/or employees and/or agents and/or contractors of the Developer shall be entitled to use and utilize the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities for movement of building materials and for other purposes and the Buyer shall not raise any objection in any manner whatsoever with regard thereto.

• Specified Facilities personnel will circulate throughout the school to ensure complete evacuation as well as securing all dangerous utilities outlets; for example, disconnect gas, turn off electricity and water.

• All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities [including the exterior or interior (but not inside any Flat) walls of the Said Building] and the road network, STP etc.

Specified Facilities collectively, the “Corporate” Seed Warehouse (Branch 823) located at 6000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Orlando, FL 32812, the Turf Merchants Seed Warehouse (Branch 824) located at 30000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, the Riches Seed Warehouse (Branch 826) located at 10000 Xxxxxx Xxxx XX, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, and Cxxxxxx Seed Hay (Seedstock) (Branch 884) located at 5000 Xxxxx Xxxx NE, Gervais, OR 97026.

Specified Facilities means the Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana ethylene, styrene and polyethylene facilities and the Marshall County, Kentucky ethylene, chlor-alkali, vinyl chloride monoxxx xxx polyvinyl chloride facilities.

Specified Facilities means, with respect to the Grantors, (a) the Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana ethylene, styrene, and polyethylene facilities, and (b) the Marshall County, Kentucky chlor-alkali, vinyl chloride monomxx xxx xolyvinyl chloride complexes (each, individually, a "Specified Facility").
