No Hazardous Environments Sample Clauses

No Hazardous Environments. Customer (or Tenant) acknowledges and agrees that neither the Service nor the Tokens are sufficiently fault-tolerant for life-safety operations, and neither is designed, manufactured, or intended for use in or in conjunction with control equipment in hazardous environments, including without limitation the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or critical communications systems, air traffic control, transportation control, or life support devices. Customer (or Tenant) will not use the Service or Tokens for any purpose listed in this Section 7.7 (No Hazardous Environments) and any attempt to do so will be at Customer’s (or Tenant’s) own risk.

You will not use the Cloud Services or Hardware for any purpose listed in this Section 11.3 and any attempt to do so will be at Customer’s own risk.

  • 342 Hazardous Substances Purchaser shall notify the National Response Center and Contracting Officer of all releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations, in accordance with 40 CFR 302.
