Hazardous Environments. You acknowledge that the Software is not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation systems, aircraft communication systems, air traffic control, life support or weapons systems and any other environment in which bodily injury or death could result from failure of or inability to use the Software. Without limiting the provisions of Section a of this Agreement, AVG Technologies and its licensors hereby disclaim any express or implied warranties of fitness for such use
Hazardous Environments. You hereby acknowledge that the Product is not intended or licensed for use in hazardous environments, including, but not limited to, nuclear plants, airborne navigation systems, air traffic control, life support systems, weapon systems or in any other systems which may cause bodily injury or death due to Product failure or the impossibility to use the Product. The Manufacturer and the Manufacturer's Trading Partner hereby disclaim any explicit and implicit warranties and responsibilities arising from using the Product in these environments. Hazardous Environments. Products are not designed or intended for use in or in the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of a nuclear facility or similar hazardous environment. NetApp will not be liable for any damages resulting from such use.
Hazardous Environments. The OpenNMS Services and Delivered Items have not been tested in all situations under which they may be used. OpenNMS will not be liable for the results obtained through use of the OpenNMS Services or Delivered Items, and Client will be solely responsible for determining appropriate uses for the OpenNMS Services and Delivered Items and for all results of such use. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the OpenNMS Services and Delivered Items are not specifically designed, manufactured or intended for use in (a) the design, planning, construction, maintenance, control, or direct operation of nuclear facilities, (b) aircraft control, navigation, or communication systems, (c) weapons systems, (d) direct life support systems, or
Hazardous Environments. The State recognizes that some Software may not be designed or intended for use as or with online control equipment or systems in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance. This includes equipment or systems such as those used in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, air traffic control, direct life support machines, and munitions. It also includes any other equipment or systems in which the State reasonably can foresee that failure of the Software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. For any Software designated as not intended for hazardous environments in the applicable Schedule, the State may not use or permit the use of the Software in conjunction with any such equipment or systems.

The Software is not designed, manufactured or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, severe physical or environmental damage.
Hazardous Environments. Solutions are not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation systems, aircraft communication systems, air traffic control, life support or weapons systems and any other environment in which bodily injury or death could result from failure of or inability to use any Solution. Without limiting the provisions of Section 7.1 of this Agreement, Privax and its licensors hereby disclaim any express or implied warranties of fitness for such purposes or uses.

The Licensed Software is not designed or intended for use in online control equipment in environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft communication or control systems or life support systems, in which software failure could lead to personal injury or severe property or environmental damage. Eagle warrants that it will not use or allow the use of the Licensed Software for such purposes
Hazardous Environments. Partner acknowledges that the Level 3 (including any Deliverables provided to Partner as part of the Level 3 services) are not intended for configuring, supporting or otherwise servicing on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as, but not limited to, nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, aircraft communications systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines or weapons systems, in which failure of the products could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
Hazardous Environments. No part of the Software is designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as a part of on-line control equipment or in hazardous environments in hydrocarbon extraction, refining, transfer, and chemical plants, requiring fail-safe performance, such as online control of aircraft, air traffic, aircraft navigation or aircraft communications, or in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of any nuclear facility, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). SIEMENS AND ITS SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. Licensee warrants that Licensee will not use the Software for High Risk Activities.
