Hazardous Environments. You acknowledge that the Software is not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation systems, aircraft communication systems, air traffic control, life support or weapons systems and any other environment in which bodily injury or death could result from failure of or inability to use the Software. Without limiting the provisions of Section a of this Agreement, AVG Technologies and its licensors hereby disclaim any express or implied warranties of fitness for such use

Hazardous Environments. You hereby acknowledge that the Product is not intended or licensed for use in hazardous environments, including, but not limited to, nuclear plants, airborne navigation systems, air traffic control, life support systems, weapon systems or in any other systems which may cause bodily injury or death due to Product failure or the impossibility to use the Product. The Manufacturer and the Manufacturer's Trading Partner hereby disclaim any explicit and implicit warranties and responsibilities arising from using the Product in these environments. This includes equipment or systems such as those used in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, air traffic control, direct life support machines, and munitions. It also includes any other equipment or systems in which the State reasonably can foresee that failure of the Software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. For any Software designated as not intended for hazardous environments in the applicable Schedule, the State may not use or permit the use of the Software in conjunction with any such equipment or systems.

SIEMENS AND ITS SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. Licensee warrants that Licensee will not use the Software for High Risk Activities.
