No Breach of Other Obligations. The Executive represents that, in the course of performing services for the Company, he will not breach any agreement he may have with others with respect to confidential information, and will not bring to the Company or use in any way any materials or documents obtained from others under an agreement of confidentiality.
No Breach of Other Obligations. I represent that my performance of all the terms of this Agreement and that my employment by the Company does not and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence proprietary information acquired by me in confidence or in trust prior to my employment by the Company. In particular, I will not disclose to Company, or induce Company to use, any confidential information or material in violation of the rights of my former employer or any third party. I represent and warrant that I have returned all property and confidential information belonging to all prior employers. I have not entered into, and I agree I will not enter into, any agreement (either written or oral) in conflict with this Agreement. If I leave the employ of the Company, I consent to the notification of my new employer of my rights and obligations under this Agreement.
No Breach of Other Obligations. The assumption will not breach or cause a default under any provision of any other lease, mortgage, financing agreement or other agreement by which Landlord is bound relating to the Premises or any larger development of which the Premises are a part.

Employee represents and warrants that: (1) he is not subject to any non-competition, non-solicitation and/or similar agreement with a former employer or other person or entity besides the Company that prohibits or restricts him from entering into this Agreement and/or performing his duties under this Agreement; and (2) his execution and performance of this Agreement does not violate the terms of any agreement. These representations and warranties continue during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company, and Employee will not enter into any such agreement at any time during the term of his employment.
No Breach of Other Obligations. Employee represents and warrants to the Company that he has not and shall not bring to the Company, or use in the performance of his responsibilities to the Company, any materials, documents or information of a former employer (or other person to whom Employee may hold a duty of confidentiality) which are not generally available to the public unless Employee delivers to Company prior written authorization to use such materials, documents or information.

The Employee represents that his performance under this Agreement will not breach any non- compete, invention assignment, proprietary or confidential information or other agreement with any former employer or other party or create any conflict of interest with anyone and that he has returned all property and confidential information belonging to all prior employers. The Employee agrees that he will not disclose to the Company, or use for the Company’s benefit, any confidential information or material in violation of the rights of former employers or any third parties.

No Breach of Other Obligations.
