No Access to Roof Sample Clauses

No Access to Roof. Tenant has no right of access to the roof of the Building and will not install, repair or replace any antenna, aerial, aerial wires, fan, air-conditioner or other device on the roof of the Building, without the prior written consent of Landlord. Any such device installed without such written consent is subject to removal at Tenant’s expense without notice at any time. In any event Tenant will be liable for any damages or repairs incurred or required as a result of its installation, use, repair, maintenance or removal of such devices on the roof and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Landlord from any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any activities of Tenant or of Tenant’s Representatives on the roof of the Building.

No Access to Roof. Lessee shall have reasonable access to inspect the roof of the Premises or the building in which the Premises are located and shall not install, repair or replace any aerial, fan, air conditioner, satellite dish or other device on the roof of the Premises or the building in which the Premises are located without the prior written consent of Lessor. Any aerial, fan, air conditioner, satellite dish or other device installed without such written consent shall be subject to removal, at Lessee’s expense, without notice, at any time. As a condition of giving such written consent, Lessor may require that Lessee execute an amendment to this Lease, setting forth the terms applicable to any roof-mounted equipment, and obligating Lessee to pay additional rental for the right to install and maintain such roof-mounted equipment.
