New Employee Orientation. A. When the Employer provides a formal new employee orientation program, the Union will be given an opportunity to have a Union representative speak to the new employees who will be placed in bargaining unit positions within the jurisdiction of WFSE, and being oriented for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.
