Special Reports. Generate or develop and distribute special data, notices, reports, programs and literature required by Institutions or by Account holders generally in light of developments, such as changes in tax laws; and

Special Reports. The awardee shall provide the NSF with such other special reports as the NSF may reasonably require or, the awardee may deem appropriate. Insofar as possible, such reports shall be requested with sufficient advance notice to ensure care and thoroughness in their preparation by the awardee. Any addenda to the reports shall be sent to the cognizant NSF Program Officer.

All reports and/or analyses requested by the Fund's auditors, legal counsel, Advisor, or any regulatory agency having jurisdiction over the Fund, that are not in the normal course of administrative or accounting activities as specified in this Agreement or are not required to clarify standard reports generated by ICA Fund Services Corp., shall be subject to an additional charge, agreed upon in advance and in writing, based upon the following rates: Labor: Senior staff $100.00/hr. Junior staff $ 50.00/hr. Computer time $ 45.00/hr. CUSTOM PROGRAMMING All Custom programming requests to be used by ICA Fund Services Corp., the Advisor or any regulatory agency, to be made to ICA Fund Services Corp.'s portfolio accounting system shall be subject to an additional charge, agreed upon in advance and in writing.
Special Reports. At Lender's request, Servicer will furnish such special reports as can be reasonably provided by Servicer, provided, however, that Lender will compensate Servicer for such reports as a "Special Service" as indicated in Schedule "A".
