Monthly Vehicle Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay to the Employee, during the term of this Agreement and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided, the sum of [dollar amount] per year, payable monthly, as a vehicle allowance to be used to purchase, lease, or own, operate and maintain a vehicle. The monthly allowance shall be increased annually by [% or $] amount. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the [fill-in appropriate mileage rate, e.g. IRS, state or local government] standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle beyond the greater [local government] area. For purposes of this Section, use of the car within the greater [local government] area is defined as travel to locations within a (fill in number) mile (recommended fifty (50) mile) radius of the local government limits.)

Monthly Vehicle Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay to the Employee, during the term of this Agreement and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided, the sum of $500250 per month, payable monthly, as a vehicle allowance to be used to purchase, lease, or own, operate and maintain a vehicle. The monthly vehicle allowance shall be reviewed annually and increased based on usage and increase in the Consumer Price Index. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the IRS standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle outside of the Gothenburg City limits.
Monthly Vehicle Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay to the Employee, during the term of this agreement and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided the sum of $3,600 per year, added in payable equal amounts over 26 payroll periods as part of the Employee’s paycheck, as a vehicle allowance to be used to purchase, lease, or own, operate and maintain a vehicle. Additionally, the Employee will have access to staff vehicles for use on City-related business.
Monthly Vehicle Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay to the Employee, during the term of this Agreement and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided, the sum of $600 per month, payable monthly, as a vehicle allowance to be used to purchase, lease, or own, operate and maintain a vehicle. The monthly allowance shall be changed increased annually by the change in the CPI from the previous year [T5]. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the IRS standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle beyond the South Florida area. For purposes of this Section, use of the car within the South Florida area is defined as travel to locations within a 100 mile (recommended one hundred (100) mile) radius of the local government limits city hall.
Monthly Vehicle Allowance. The Employer agrees to pay to the Employee, during term of this Agreement and in addition to other salary and benefits herein provided, the sum of $9,000.00 per year, payable at $750.00 per month, as a vehicle allowance to be used to purchase, lease, or own, operate and maintain a vehicle. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the IRS standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle beyond the greater National City area. For purposes of this Section, use of the car within the greater National City area is defined as travel to locations within a 50-mile radius of the National City Civic Center.
Monthly Vehicle Allowance. Employer will provide Employee with an unmarked vehicle equipped with a police radio and Employer will oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel, and automobile insurance. Employee’s duties as Chief of Police (law enforcement officer) require that Employee shall have the exclusive use at all times during employment with the City of a vehicle to carry out City business.
