Monday to Saturday. The scheduling of daily starting times, the minimum or maximum daily hours of work, and the scheduling of such days of work for Continuous Part-time employees shall be at the discretion of management. Work schedules will be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance. Should the Company change the work schedule or offer additional hours, with less than forty-eight hours (48) notice from commencement of the change in work schedule, the Continuous Part- time employee may decline the change in work schedule or the offer of additional hours, except in the following situations:
