Modification of Work Schedule. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested 2021-2023 SEIU Local 503/State of Oregon CBA 36 change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.
