Modification of Work Schedule. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and overtime compensation associated with the changed schedule shall be waived. Section 5. Leave Cancellation Pay (ODOT only). If the Employer cancels an employee’s scheduled vacation leave, compensatory leave, and/or personal business while on leave, and requires him/her to report to work, the Employer shall pay the employee at the half (1/2)-time rate in addition to the straight-time rate for the first two (2) hours worked on the first day.
