Modification of Exhibits. Additional Exhibits or amendments may be necessary to fully address the financial and operational details of the various activities under this Agreement. The Parties agree to cooperate to obtain the execution of any documents necessary to carry out the intention of this Article 23.
Modification of Exhibits. CLBL may modify or amend any of the exhibits from time to time in its sole discretion. CLBL will use reasonable efforts to provide you with copies of any modified exhibits, but its failure to do so does not relieve you from its obligation to comply with the exhibits previously in effect until you have received the modified exhibits.
Modification of Exhibits. The exhibits attached to the Lease are hereby modified by adding Exhibit A-1 (page A-1-v) (showing the File Storage Premises) to Exhibit A-1 (pages A-1-i, A l-ii, A-1-iii and A-1-iv).

Modification of Exhibits. Exhibit "E-2" currently attached to the Lease is hereby amended in its entirety to read as the exhibit attached to this 3rd Amendment marked as Exhibit "E-2." The Exhibit attached to this 3rd Amendment marked as Exhibit "R" is hereby deemed attached to the Lease as Exhibit "R."
Modification of Exhibits. The parties acknowledge that their intent is to enter into a long term relationship under the terms of this Agreement. Accordingly, as their respective priorities are modified during the Term, they will negotiate in good faith to make appropriate revisions and adjustments to this Agreement, including without limitation to the Exhibits of this Agreement. Modification of Exhibits. The Company reserves the right from time to time to modify the terms of Exhibit(s) attached hereto by giving not less than thirty (30) days written notice of such modification to the Representative. No such modification shall become effective prior to the expiration of such thirty (30) day period unless otherwise agreed in a writing signed by the Representative.
