Amendment to Exhibits. The Budget attached to the Agreement as Exhibit “A” is hereby deleted and replaced with the form of Budget attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein, and all references in the Agreement to the Budget shall hereafter mean and refer to the Budget attached hereto.
Amendment to Exhibits. Effective as of the date hereof, (i) Exhibit "A" (Revolving Credit Note) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.
Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibit "A" (Note) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.
Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibit J attached hereto as Annex A shall hereby be added as Exhibit J to the Credit Agreement.

Amendment to Exhibits. The Exhibits to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding a new Exhibit F thereto in the form of Exhibit F hereof.
