Mileage Whenever an employee is authorized and directed by the Department Head to use a personal vehicle in the performance of official City duties, the employee shall be compensated at the then current City compensation rate.
Mileage Whenever an employee is requested by the Employer to use his/her own personal vehicle in the line of duty and on the business of the Employer, he/she shall be accorded mileage at a rate established uniformly by the County Board of Commissioners.
