Every notice, demand, request, consent, approval or other communication ("notices") which any party is required to or desires to give to another party must be in writing and personally delivered or mailed by registered or certified first class mail, return receipt requested, to the address on the signature page of that party, or any other address as that party may designate by notice pursuant to this section.
