Dispatch Requests. During the Delivery Term, Buyer may request the Project to deliver Distribution Services at any amount up to the Contract Capacity by providing an instruction to Seller by 8:00 am Pacific prevailing time the day before the requested delivery in a manner to be determined by Buyer in its reasonable discretion, which may include written, verbal or electronic notification (“Buyer’s Instructions”). Buyer’s Instructions will state for each Delivery Hour covered by ▇▇▇▇▇’s Instructions the quantity of the applicable Distribution Service to be delivered by Seller during such Delivery Hour. All Buyer’s Instructions will comply with the Operating Parameters set forth on Appendix II.
