Mercantile Tax. Covanta Mercantile tax payable by either THA or LCSWMA under the SRMC MPSA shall be allocated between THA and LCSWMA such that all Mercantile tax applicable to the period prior to the Transfer Time shall be for the account of THA and all Mercantile tax applicable to the period after the Transfer Time shall be for the account of LCSWMA. Mercantile tax, as applicable, shall be paid monthly as billed by Covanta.
