SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Assignment of Sponsor/Exhibitor space, as applicable, is final and will be made by FIA to Sponsor/Exhibitor only after receipt of the T&Cs and receipt of payment of all applicable fees by Sponsor/Exhibitor. FIA shall use reasonable efforts to locate the assigned space in one of the locations preferred by Sponsor/Exhibitor. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred, or canceled by Sponsor/Exhibitor, except upon approval by FIA. Notwithstanding the above, FIA reserves the right to change Sponsor’s/Exhibitor’s location assignments at any time, in its sole discretion, as FIA deems necessary or appropriate, including, but not limited to, to accommodate conflicts regarding space requests or conditions.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. The University draws students from many states, nations, races and religions. It will be the responsibility of each student to respect the rights of all residents living in University Housing. Admission to the University and any of its sponsored programs is open to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. Space and roommate assignments are made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, or national origin.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Show Management shall assign floor space for any particular show subject to Exhibitor having submitted an application, agreed to this Contract, and paid the deposit. Show Management will assign booth space guided by Exhibitor’s Priority, past history of the specific show, service category restrictions and by the availability of booth locations therein. While efforts are made not to rearrange spaces once assigned, no guarantees are provided, and Show Management expressly reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or relocate exhibits as is reasonably required.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Townsquare Live Events LLC shall use its best efforts to locate the Booth in an acceptable area and to provide physical separation from competitors. Notwithstanding the above, Townsquare Live Events LLC reserves the right to change Booth location assignments at anytime, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Assignment of exhibit space is final and will be made only after receipt of the exhibit agreement and payment and shall constitute an acceptance of the Exhibitor’s offer to occupy space. FIA shall use its best efforts to locate the exhibit in one of the locations preferred by the Exhibitor. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred or canceled except upon written request and with the subsequent written approval of FIA. Notwithstanding the above, FIA reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Exhibit space will be assigned by the Association on a first-come, first-served basis. The Association shall use its best efforts to locate the booth in one of the locations designated by Exhibitor on the Application, and to provide physical proximity to or separation from booths of other specified Exhibitors, as requested on the Application. Notwithstanding the above, the Association reserves the right to assign exhibit spaces so as to best meet the needs of all Exhibitors and to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary. The Association also reserves the right to alter the location of booths shown on the official floor plans as it deems advisable.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. Keystone Partnership shall use its best efforts to locate the Booth in an acceptable area to provide physical separation from competitors. Notwithstanding the above, Keystone Partnership reserves the right to change Booth location assignments at anytime, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. AME reserves the right to make such modifications and changes to exhibit space assignments and to the location of the exhibit space as may be necessary to adjust the floor plan at any time to meet the needs of AME, the conference, sponsors or exhibitors. AME reserves the option, in the event of any emergency or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to either substitute comparable exhibit space or to refund the total rent paid herein.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS. All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup, which you may begin at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 22, 2021. Set up this year must be complete by 5:00 PM in time for the private dinner + early shopping for vendors and volunteers. Vendors are responsible for their own tents (white tents only) tables and displays. Electricity will not be provided. Space assignments will be provided when you arrive on Friday to set up. All spaces are located on grass/gravel/dirt. Straw will not be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
