Member Systems Sample Clauses

The 'Member Systems' clause defines which systems, platforms, or entities are considered part of a group or network for the purposes of the agreement. It typically outlines the criteria or list of systems that qualify as 'members,' such as subsidiaries, affiliates, or specific technological platforms. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of which systems are included under the agreement’s terms, thereby preventing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding coverage or responsibilities.
