PFPC System. PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund.
PFPC System. PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund (collectively, "PFPC System Elements"). To the extent that PFPC System Elements are incorporated in any work product for the Fund, PFPC Trust hereby grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free and non-transferable license to use the PFPC System Elements in the form provided to the Fund.
PFPC System. PFPC Trust shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC Trust in connection with the services provided by PFPC Trust to the Funds; provided, however, that the foregoing language shall not grant PFPC Trust any right, title or interest to the foregoing items to the extent the foregoing items have been given to PFPC Trust by the Funds or as otherwise agreed to between the parties.
PFPC System. PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights ("Intellectual Property") owned by PFPC, or licensed from third parties by PFPC and used by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund ("PFPC Intellectual Property"). Nothing herein shall be interpreted or construed to grant to the Fund any title or ownership of PFPC Intellectual Property. Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted to confer upon or grant to PFPC any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property belonging to or licensed by the Fund.
PFPC System. PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all databases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to a Fund under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement will grant to PFPC title to or ownership of any data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or other related legal rights belonging to the CSFBAC, the Funds, or their affiliates.

PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund; provided that the foregoing language shall not grant PFPC any right, title or interest to the foregoing items to the extent the foregoing items have been given to PFPC by the Fund or as otherwise agreed to between the parties.
PFPC System. To the extent PFPC Trust has a prior legal right to such property, PFPC Trust shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC Trust in connection with the services provided by PFPC Trust to the Fund.
PFPC System. The Sub-Administrator shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by the Sub-Administrator in connection with the services provided by the Sub-Administrator to the Trust and/or the Administrator.
PFPC System. The Escrow Agent shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by the Escrow Agent in connection with the services provided by the Escrow Agent to the Fund.
PFPC System. PFPC Trust shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC Trust in connection with the services provided by PFPC Trust to the Funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PFPC Trust shall have no right, title or interest in any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, any databases) or in any information owned or used by a Fund or any of a Fund's Affiliates or furnished to PFPC Trust by a Fund or any of a Fund's Affiliates and all such rights, property and information shall remain vested in the Fund and/or the Fund's Affiliates. No rights or licenses to any of the foregoing rights, property or information are implied or granted under this Agreement.
