Common use of Meeting Rooms Clause in Contracts

Meeting Rooms. The Association shall be permitted to use designated premises of the Employer for meetings of the local unit provided meeting room space is available and has been requested in accordance with Hospital policy.

Meeting Rooms. The Association shall be permitted to use designated premises of the Employer Medical Center for educational, business, and contract vote meetings of the local unit unit, with or without Association staff present, provided sufficient advance request for meeting room facilities is made to a designated administrator and space is available and has been requested in accordance with Hospital policyavailable.
