Final Meeting. The goal of this subtask is to complete the closeout of this Agreement. The Recipient shall: • Meet with Energy Commission staff to present project findings, conclusions, and recommendations. The final meeting must be completed during the closeout of this Agreement. This meeting will be attended by the Recipient and CAM, at a minimum. The meeting may occur in person or by electronic conferencing (e.g., WebEx), with approval of the CAM. The technical and administrative aspects of Agreement closeout will be discussed at the meeting, which may be divided into two separate meetings at the CAM’s discretion. o The technical portion of the meeting will involve the presentation of findings, conclusions, and recommended next steps (if any) for the Agreement. The CAM will determine the appropriate meeting participants. o The administrative portion of the meeting will involve a discussion with the CAM and the CAO of the following Agreement closeout items: Disposition of any state-owned equipment. Need to file a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement (Form UCC-1) regarding the Energy Commission’s interest in patented technology. The Energy Commission’s request for specific “generated” data (not already provided in Agreement products). Need to document the Recipient’s disclosure of “subject inventions” developed under the Agreement. “Surviving” Agreement provisions such as repayment provisions and confidential products. Final invoicing and release of retention. • Prepare a Final Meeting Agreement Summary that documents any agreement made between the Recipient and Commission staff during the meeting.

Final Meeting. After collection of all data, the Level One Tenure Review Committee shall meet with and report its recommendations to the Contract Faculty unit member on Special Assignments. This meeting should take place before the end of the Fall Semester. The Contract Faculty unit member on Special Assignments shall be asked to sign two (2) copies of the Level One Tenure Review Committee Report verifying receipt of it and understanding of the right to attach a response. One (1) copy shall remain with the Contract Faculty unit member on Special Assignments, and the other shall be forwarded as described below. This Level One Tenure Review Committee Report and Recommendations shall be a fair and accurate summary of the information to the Level One Tenure Review Committee.
Final Meeting. The unit member and evaluator shall meet not later than thirty (30) days before the last school day of the school year in which the evaluation takes place. During the meeting, the evaluator shall discuss with the unit member the growth and development experienced and observed throughout the evaluation process. At this meeting, the evaluator may make recommendations for further growth and development based on the experiences and observations of the evaluation process. After the final meeting, the unit member may request a deferral of the evaluation process by submitting a plan pursuant to Article 9.4.1 not later than thirty (30) work days after the first school day of the following school year. There shall be no summative rating issued to the unit member.
Final Meeting. Summary During the last marking period or term, documentation of progress with PGP and a summary shall be written by the professional. Using the Professional Growth Plan Rubric, the PGP will be rated by the Principal/Supervisor no later than the last student day of the school year. Rating will be recorded on the Registry of Educational Personnel (REP), and PGP will be placed in the Professional’s personnel file. Planning Form Name: Planning Date:
Final Meeting. Once the inspection has been completed, inspectors should sum up the findings in the final meeting with representatives of the organisation, normally the RP, the person in charge of the quality management system (where relevant) and any staff invited by the RP. The final meeting is a significant part of the inspection. The deficiencies observed during the inspection should be described clearly and, if required by the CA’s SOP, notified to the organisation in writing. A proposed standard format is shown in Annex 7. Verbal indication should be given of the seriousness of the deficiencies noted. Facts and objective evidence supporting the observations, particularly regarding major or critical findings, should be described during this meeting. The organisation may, if it wishes, discuss initial proposals for remedial action. As far as possible, all relevant observations should be reported at this meeting, so that the organisation can initiate the necessary corrective action as soon as possible. Deficiencies should be reported with reference to the national laws transposing the three EU Directives on tissues and cells. In the case of critical deficiencies posing an immediate risk to the health and safety of donors and recipients of tissues and cells, the Inspectorate should delegate powers to the inspectors to request immediate quarantine and/or cessation of supply and, where relevant, recall of the human tissues or cells involved. The relevant CA’s SOPs must be followed in such special circumstances.
Final Meeting. The goal of this subtask is to discuss closeout of this Agreement and review program results. The meeting will be held in Sacramento and the CAM will designate the specific location, or via Web-Ex or teleconference. The administrative and technical aspects of Agreement closeout will be discussed at this meeting.
