Medical/Dental/Life and LTD Benefits Plan. (a) Effective January 1, 2007, the Town agrees to pay the cost of group dental, life, long term disability insurance and a medical and hospital insurance program coverage of up to Eight Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($825.00) per month per regular full-time employee. If the full sum specified is not used for the group insurance cost of a given employee, the difference, not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per month, shall be credited and paid to the employee during each payroll, or upon termination. Any part-time employee shall receive a pro-rated amount of this monthly allowance based on their full-time equivalence.

  • Health Benefit Plan Par. 1. The Health Benefit Plan covering life insurance, sickness and accident benefits, and hospitalization insurance, or any changes thereto that are in accordance with the National Elevator Industry Health Benefit Plan and Declaration of Trust, shall be a part of this Agreement and adopted by all parties signatory thereto.

All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • RETIREMENT PICK-UP 257. For the term of this Agreement, the CITY shall pick up the full amount of the employees’ contribution to retirement.
