Defined Benefit Pension Plan definition

Defined Benefit Pension Plan means any Pension Plan which contains a “defined benefit provision” as defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Defined Benefit Pension Plan means a pension plan in which the benefits to be paid, or the basis for determining such benefits, are established in advance and the contributions are intended to provide the stated benefits.

More Definitions of Defined Benefit Pension Plan

Defined Benefit Pension Plan means the Corporation’s registered pension plan, entitled “Retirement Plan for the Employees of Enbridge Inc. and Affiliates”, dated July 1, 2001, as amended or replaced from time to time;
