Mechanical Maintenance Employee – Level 6. Is an employee who meets the requirements of Level 5, or has achieved and utilises the skills set out in: - Basic Site Skills (8 including core *skills) and The Mechanical General Competency Stream (3 skill sets including core*). Mechanical General Competency Stream Heat Exchangers/General* Pipework Hosework Machinery/Handtools Valves/Correct Installation work Furnaces/Burners Additionally such employee shall continue to participate in training to maintain and enhance site specific requirements. In addition to undertaking the duties of such certified level of competency the employee is required to perform the general duties described as required by the Company.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
