Work Condition. 5.1 agrees not to use all the confidential commercial or non‐ commercial information, to work or apply for work at any other companies in the same industry (education, immigration, translation and corporate language services) within 1 year from the signing day.

The Artist assures that the works are in pristine and excellent condition at the moment of closing this agreement and the Artist will maintain all care and diligence that the conditi- on remains unaltered during the consignment period. Commercially reasonable precauti- ons will be taken to protect the works from any harm such as fire, theft, mishandling, dirt, and from extremes of light, temperature, and humidity at all times during the con- signment period. Until handed over to the transport company the Artist is responsible for the physical works.
