Meaning of Accident Pay. (a) (i) For a Monday to Friday or 6 and 7 day roster employee the initial period of four weeks from the date of injury a weekly payment representing the difference between the weekly amounts of compensation paid to the employee by virtue of the said Act and the weekly amount that would have been received by virtue of this agreement had the employee been on paid personal leave at the date of injury.

When not entitled to Payment An employee shall not be entitled to any payment under this clause in respect of any period of paid annual leave or long service leave, or for any paid public holiday.

  • Notification of Accumulation Employees shall be given a written accounting of accumulated sick leave days no later than June 30 of each school year.
