Weekly Amount definition

Weekly Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b)(i).
Weekly Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 9.11(b).
Weekly Amount means, (i) for the first payment due pursuant to this Section 9.11(b), $1,000,000 and (ii) for each payment due pursuant to this Section 9.11(b) thereafter, an amount equal to $1,000,000 plus the amount due in respect of the immediately preceding payment (whether or not paid). Related to Weekly Amount

  • Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Reply Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

In the event the Holder shall sell or otherwise transfer any portion of this Note, the transferee shall be allocated a pro rata portion of the each unpaid Installment Amount hereunder.

  • Required Payment Amount shall have, for any Distribution Date, the meaning specified for such Distribution Date in Section 4.6(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.
