Payment to be made during Incapacity. The Company shall pay, or cause to be paid accident pay during the incapacity of the employee, within the meaning of the said Act until such incapacity ceases or until the expiration of a period of seventy-eight (78) weeks from the date of injury, whichever event shall occur first.

  • Payment to be made in full You must pay us all sums due under this agreement in full without any deduction or withholding (whether in respect of set off, counterclaim, taxes, charges or otherwise) unless the deduction or withholding is required by law. The notice shall include a written statement explaining in reasonable detail the calculation of such amount. Subject to Section 5.4(b) above, the Termination Payment shall be made by the Party that owes it within three (3) Business Days after such notice is effective.
