Meal Period and Payment for Meal Time Worked. Full shift Clinical Laboratory Scientists who are scheduled to work eight (8) hours within a spread of eight and one-half (8½) hours shall receive not less than one-half (½) hour for meals. If such a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required and authorized by the Department Manager and/or Director to work during the meal period, or if relief for such meal period is not provided, such meal period shall be paid as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Average Log Length and Payment Reduction If the average log length for all logs delivered under this contract is less than the average log length specified in the table in clause G-024.2, The amount of allowable payment reduction shall be calculated by multiplying the payment rate in P-028.2 by the total volume delivered, and the difference between the average length of logs delivered and the average log length specified in G-024.2, times 1% as follows: Log Length Payment Reduction = (B x V x L) x (.01) 1/10th) Where: B = Bid rate from P-028.2 clause V = total delivered log Volume L = Length in feet below specified average (rounded to nearest Average log length payment reductions calculated by the Purchaser must be approved by the State, prior to payment for the final billing period.   • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • Payment for Holidays (a) Regular Employees Regular employees shall not have their pay reduced by virtue of holidays specified in Article 16.01.

  • Fees and Payment for Purchased Services Fees, Invoicing and Payment. Customer will pay all fees specified in the BOM. Unless otherwise quoted, only Alepo cloud licenses & SAAS services are include and priced in $USD. On-premise hardware, OS & third- party software is the responsibility of the SI/Reseller if relevant or the end customer, unless otherwise purchased from Alepo. All invoices are due upon its receipt.

  • CONTRACT AMOUNT AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES 5.1 Fiscal Year 2020 Contract Amount. The total amount of HHSC's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,615,665.86. LIDDA's share of this Contract for fiscal year 2020, the local match, is $289,027.35. The total value of this Contract for fiscal year 2020 shall not exceed $3,904,693.21.
