MATERNITY PANTS. The pants shall be without cuffs, and reinforced with bar-tack at all points of strain. The color of all pants shall be navy blue. The pants shall have either an elastic waist or a stretchy front panel to allow for comfort, at the option of the Department. Other than the elastic waist or front panel, the pants shall be Sixty-Five (65%) Polyester and Thirty-Five (35%) Cotton or One Hundred (100%) Cotton, at the option of the DEPARTMENT. Maternity Pants will be ordered on an as needed basis only.
