Maternity means the period during pregnancy and shortly after childbirth.

Maternity. The hospital Confinement is covered under both normal and cesarean deliveries of the Insured married woman taking place after at least 10 months of the Enrollment Date. In this case, the hospitalization expenses cover: the room tariff, the surgery expenses, the physician fees, the medical treatment, the cost of epidural, the boarding costs of a nursery or the use of an incubator (if any) for the new-born baby as of birth and for a maximum period and limit (stated in the T.B.&P.), irrespective of the period of stay of the mother, in addition to the fees of one consultation of the attending pediatrician and the expenses for male circumcision, if performed during the same hospital confinement for the delivery of the newborn baby. Those benefits do not engage the Company togrant cover to the new born baby.

At least thirty (30) days prior to the ending date of the leave, the employee shall inform the appropriate administrator in writing of his/her intention to return from leave. Changes in the terms of the leave may be made by mutual agreement of the appropriate administrator and the employee.
