Master Teacher. Northmont City Schools will use the services of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Educational Service Center (MCESC) for the purpose of implementation of the Master Teacher program. Teachers have the opportunity to apply for contact hours through the LPDC. A teacher serving on the MCESC Master Teacher committee may receive contact hours or compensation at committee rate.
