Master Contract PWS and Goals for Contractor Engagement‌ Critical Performance Requirements for Contractor Engagement are further detailed in Section H.19 Contractor Engagement Requirements based upon Task Order Participation and Production, and in Attachment J-5.A Contractor Engagement Performance-based Evaluation Program. The primary goals of Contractor Engagement program are (1) to provide federal agencies with responsibly prepared Contractor Proposals/Quotes in response to each Task Order Request for Proposal/Request for Quote (RFP/RFQ) competitively issued under the Master Contract so to help provide best-value solutions to federal agencies’ IT services requirements, and (2) to promote, provide, and ensure that those federal agencies employing the Alliant 2 GWAC are consistently receiving adequate and effective competition in response to their RFPs/RFQs, which ultimately results in achieving these end-goals: (a) economic efficiency/costs savings; (b) innovation of transformational technologies; (c) improvements in the quality of services rendered, and; (d) the opportunity for the Government to acquire performance improvements. Achievement of these primary goals are reached through a combination of two measurable Outcomes: (1) Submitting viable Task Order Proposals (Participation) and (2) Winning Task Orders (Production), which together help provides best-value IT services solutions to the federal agencies.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. The directory of New York State Certified MWBEs can be viewed at: xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/FrontEnd/VendorSearchPublic.asp?TN=ny&XID=2528. Additionally, following Contract execution, Contractor is encouraged to contact the Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development ((000) 000-0000; (000) 000-0000; or (000) 000-0000) to discuss additional methods of maximizing participation by MWBEs on the Contract.

  • Contract Plans “Plans” are documents that show location, details, and dimensions of the work to be performed. On any of the contract Plans where a portion of the work is drawn out and the remainder is shown in outline, the parts drawn out shall apply to all other like portions of the work. “Shop Drawings” include drawings, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, lists or tables, performance and test data, and similar materials furnished by Purchaser to explain in detail specific portions of the work required by the contract. Purchaser shall submit a minimum of five (5) sets of required Shop Drawings to Forest Service, three (3) sets of which will be retained by Forest Service. Shop Drawings shall not exceed 24 inches by 36 inches in size. Approval or rejection and date will be noted or stamped on each set. Unless agreed otherwise, Forest Service shall approve or reject the Shop Drawings within 10 days of submission. Such approval of the Shop Drawings shall not be construed as a complete check, but will indicate only that the general method of construction and detailing is satisfactory. If the Shop Drawings are rejected, Purchaser must make the noted revisions and resubmit the Shop Drawings. A change in the amount of construction work that exceeds construction tolerances specified in the specifications identified in A7 caused by a Forest Service error in construction staking shall be treated as a Design Change. When incompatible situations arise between Plans, specifications, and actual conditions on the ground, Purchaser shall make corrections pursuant to B5.253.

  • Master Contract Sales Reporting System Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORTING Contractor shall report total Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below.

  • Project Plans The Contractor: must carry out the Contractor's Activities in accordance with, and otherwise implement, the Project Plans; and for the purposes of subparagraph (i), must: prepare Project Plans based, where applicable, on the draft Project Plans lodged by the Contractor in its tender for the Contractor's Activities, and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and submit them to the Contract Administrator so as to ensure that there is no delay or disruption to the Contractor's Activities and in any event no later than the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars after the Award Date for each Project Plan; not commence any of the Contractor's Activities to which any Project Plan applies, unless the Contract Administrator has had the number of days specified in the Contract Particulars for each Project Plan to review the Project Plan and has not rejected the Project Plan; if any Project Plan is rejected, submit an amended Project Plan to the Contract Administrator; in any event, finalise each Project Plan so as to ensure that there is no delay or disruption to the Contractor's Activities and in any event in accordance with the requirements of the Contract to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator; after each Project Plan has been finalised: regularly review, update and amend each Project Plan in accordance with the process set out in each Project Plan (and otherwise at least on each anniversary of the Award Date); update or amend a Project Plan on request of the Contract Administrator; and continue to correct any defects in or omissions from a Project Plan (whether identified by the Contract Administrator or the Contractor), and submit an updated or amended Project Plan to the Contract Administrator, after which: the Contractor must continue to comply with the requirements of the then current Project Plan until the process in subparagraph (ii) has been completed in respect of the updated or amended Project Plan; and subsubparagraphs B - E will apply (to the extent applicable); and document and maintain detailed records of all: reviews, updates, amendments and submissions of each Project Plan; audits or other monitoring of each Project Plan; and training and awareness programs and communications provided to Contractor and subcontractor personnel in respect of each Project Plan (including each updated or amended Project Plan). The Contractor will not be relieved from compliance with any of its obligations under the Contract or otherwise at law or in equity as a result of: the implementation of, and compliance with, the requirements of any Project Plan; any direction by the Contract Administrator concerning a Project Plan or the Contractor's compliance or non-compliance with a Project Plan; any audit or other monitoring by the Contract Administrator or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth of the Contractor's compliance with a Project Plan; or any failure by the Contract Administrator, or anyone else acting on behalf of the Commonwealth, to detect any defect in or omission from a Project Plan including where any such failure arises from any negligence on the part of the Contract Administrator or other person.

  • Performance Orders A Performance Order:

  • Target Population The Grantee shall ensure that diversion programs and services provided under this grant are designed to serve juvenile offenders who are at risk of commitment to Department.

  • MASTER CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide information regarding this Master Contract, including scope and pricing, to eligible Purchasers.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.
