Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Master Contract is a stand-alone Performance-based Acquisition (PBA) independent from task order PBA requirements. The Master Contract PWS is limited to post award contract administration performance and reporting requirements as noted throughout Sections G and H. Critical performance standards are established for the Master Contract in Attachment J-1 Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The PRS listings of Performance Objectives indicate the performance level required by the Government to meet the Master Contract requirements. For Orders issued under the Master Contract, OCO’s will develop and execute their own PWS and PBA methods independent of the Master Contract PWS and PBA requirements.
Performance Work Statement (PWS). OMES has a requirement for continued managed discovery services to respond to numerous ongoing/pending (or imminent or reasonably anticipated), requests for documents related to litigation and FOIA requests. Over time, the level and type of support may vary whether due to evolving nature of information requests, technology innovation, or the emergence of mission- critical issues. As specific services and types and sizes of matters are undetermined at this time, OMES seeks a contract vehicle that allows the State flexibility to scale over time and to respond to support needs as they arise.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Performance Improvement Process 9.5.1 The purpose of the Performance Improvement Process is to remedy or mitigate the impact of a Performance Factor. Under this Agreement, the parties will work together to: » develop and invest in people, including the development of and investment in managers, supervisors and union stewards; » engage employees at all levels; » align the systems and processes that support the achievement of organizational and Partnership goals; » enhance the ability of Coalition unions to advance their social mission and the welfare of their members; » recognize and reduce parallel structures; » ensure joint management-union accountability for performance; » grow membership; » redesign work processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency and work environment; » develop and xxxxxx unit-based teams; » share and establish expectations regarding broad adoption of successful practices in areas such as service, attendance, workplace safety, workforce development, cost structure reduction, scope of practice and performance-based pay; and » communicate with employees on an ongoing basis regarding performance goals and targets, as well as performance results at all levels of the organization. Each regional LMP council shall develop approaches aimed at reducing variation between medical centers, facilities and departments in the resources available for partnership. In particular, such a plan should: » ensure at a regional level there is adequate time for teams to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and test changes to drive improvement; and » provide regional or facility support to departments as needed to cross-cover or backfill and jointly determine the most cost-effective manner to provide the support.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for both permanently or temporarily disabled nurses based on the following principles:

  • Milestone schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer develops and manufactures various products for use in the defense, aerospace and security industries. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to expand its operations at various locations throughout California, including El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Palmdale, Sunnyvale, Woodland Hills, Azusa and Rancho Xxxxxxxx. As part of its expansion, Taxpayer will invest in manufacturing equipment, computer and electrical equipment and make tenant improvements to the above facilities. Additionally, Taxpayer will hire full-time employees as part of its expansion (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit “A” (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of Full- time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the Full-time employees hired and retained within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by the taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, Xxxxxxxx agrees that any full-time employee hired after the effective date of this agreement that is a “qualified full-time employee” (as defined in RTC section 23636) shall be excluded from the calculation of the net increase of full-time employees required by this Agreement if Taxpayer claims the credit allowed by RTC section 23636.

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.
