Master Agreement Negotiations-Release Time. The Union will provide the College a written list of the employees serving on the master agreement negotiations team in accordance with Section 3.8 B, above. The College will approve paid release time for up to ten (10) formal negotiation sessions for up to five (5) Union team members. If additional sessions are needed, the costs for release time will be split evenly between the parties.
