Additional Sessions. You and your clinical manager may from time to time agree that you will undertake Additional Sessions over and above the [ten (10)] [Note: add contracted number for part-time doctors] Sessions that constitute your standard contractual duties, up to the maximum permitted under the Working Time Regulations. Remuneration for Additional Sessions is covered by clause 20 below. Without prejudice to clause 7.7 below, you do not have to agree to carry out more than [ten (10)] [Note: to be adjusted for part-time doctors] Sessions on average per week. However, where you do give your agreement, you must undertake such activities. Any agreement to carry out Additional Sessions will be made in writing. The Additional Sessions will be incorporated into your Job Plan schedule.

Additional Sessions. 6. A Practice may agree with a practitioner that he or she should undertake work which is not specified in his or her Job Plan by way of additional nominal sessions or fractions thereof. The extra session(s) shall be remunerated on a pro rata basis to a full-time practitioners’ salary. We have to believe that things will continue to improve and we are doing everything possible to provide this unique opportunity for your child to have a safe, supportive, and creative environment as we continue to integrate back into life and schedules. • In the case that a camper has the COVID-19 virus, we will grant refunds for any week purchased that they need to isolate. • In the case that a camper is considered a close contact through exposure to the COVID-19 virus at camp, we will grant refunds for any week purchased that they need to quarantine. • In the case that a camper or family member has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus outside of camp and needs to quarantine, a credit or an alternative week of camp or other Y services will be provided, as schedule and availability allows. • In the case that we are not able to continue to be open and provide camp dates due to COVID-19, we will grant full refunds for any week purchased as updates are provided. Refunds will be based only on information released from the local health departments. Refunds will be made to the card that was used for camp payment. We understand that all of us are dealing with continued uncertainty. Though the "variants” continue to wane, we must remain cautious and disciplined to prevent further exposure. With this in mind, we have implemented and continue to update all of our safety protocols as situations arise. Any changes to our processes will be communicated timely to all of our campers and their guardians.

Additional Sessions. Two Year Olds: Children who do not qualify for FEET funding are able to purchase 15 hours at a charge of £6.50 per hour. This is subject to availability and staff ratios. Three Year Olds: Children who qualify for FEE funding are able to purchase an additional 15 hours at a charge of £5.50 per hour. This is subject to availability. We are unable to change or refund paid sessions once the term has started. Fees for paid hours are not refundable for non-attendance.

  • Additional Hours (a) where an employer requires and the part time employee agrees to work additional hours, the employee shall be paid for each additional hour or part thereof at the employee’s normal part time hourly rate of pay.

In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Additional Security This guarantee is in addition to and is not in any way prejudiced by any other guarantee or security now or subsequently held by any Finance Party.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.
