Negotiations Team. As needed to conduct contract negotiations.
Negotiations Team. The parties, each in their sole discretion, shall select negotiating teams. Each team shall not exceed six (6) members. Additionally, consultants may be used if deemed advisable by either party. No other person or persons shall be present during the negotiations meeting except as mutually agreed.
Negotiations Team. The body of official representatives of the Board or the NBEA. Each team is comprised of three (3) members.
Negotiations Team. The body of official representatives of the local Board of Education or the local Education Association.

Negotiations Team. The City, or the designated representative for the City, will 37 meet with representatives designated by the Union for the purpose of discussing and reaching 38 agreements. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said teams. The City's 39 negotiating team and the Union's negotiating team will be limited to a reasonable member limit.
Negotiations Team. The Employer will make a good faith effort to release all officially selected SEIU bargaining team members from duty to attend negotiations unless doing so will create operational hardship or negatively impact patient care. Bargaining team members will follow the standard process for requesting leave and will submit requests in a timely manner.
Negotiations Team. CSEA will identify no more than three (3) members for the Negotiating Team, and one (1) additional member to serve as a note taker. CSEA will identify one of the team members as the Lead Negotiator.
Negotiations Team. Up to one (1) person shall be permitted time off from normal duties to pursue negotiations for successor agreements. Such time away from normal duties shall be on a no loss or gain in pay basis from the employee's regular rate of pay. It is understood that should the need arise for such employee to respond to a call during the negotiations session, the employee will respond at the request of the applicable supervisor.
