Marketing and Events. 3.2.1. Management of Marketing and Events. Stockyards City Main Street, Inc., shall: • Develop and coordinate an enduring positive image for the District, designed to enhance Stockyard City's image and appearance. • Design and produce marketing materials to position the District as a prime location for businesses, investors and developers, and special events. • Coordinate and supervise the installation of banners and special event lighting to promote events, seasons, or themes, both on street lamps and/or across the street, through a Subcontractor or depending on the event and sponsorship, the City. • Supervise, monitor and schedule special events within the District.

Marketing and Events. The Acocks Green Village BID intends to create an annual event calendar, with events in the High Street to bring trade into businesses, events will include Easter, a Spring Fun Day, Summer Spectacular and a significant Christmas switch-on event. It will further develop its website to use it to advertise members, with a goal to reproduce it as a printed directory for its neighbourhoods. Pop up shops, street markets, loyalty cards, use of social networking and promotional materials and advertising to market the Village. The BID is a key partner in developing the new heritage trail for Acocks Green which will increase visitor numbers and assist in encouraging footfall.

The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Adverse Events Subsequent to the date hereof, there shall not have occurred any of the following: (i) a suspension or material limitation in trading in securities generally on the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ National Market or the NASDAQ Global Market, (ii) a general moratorium on commercial banking activities in the People’s Republic of China or New York, (iii) the outbreak or escalation of hostilities involving the United States or the People’s Republic of China or the declaration by the United States or the People’s Republic of China of a national emergency or war if the effect of any such event specified in this clause (iii) in your reasonable judgment makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus, or (iv) such a material adverse change in general economic, political, financial or international conditions affecting financial markets in the United States or the People’s Republic of China having a material adverse impact on trading prices of securities in general, as, in your reasonable judgment, makes it impracticable or inadvisable to proceed with the public offering of the Shares or the delivery of the Shares on the terms and in the manner contemplated in the Prospectus.
