BID Services. The Business Improvement District (BID) Services described herein are intended to create a supplement to standard City services to provide a higher quality of maintenance in the District and to provide other special benefits and services to enhance the vitality and quality of the District. The BID Services are not intended to eliminate or reduce the level of any service customarily provided by the City or other municipal agency to any similar geographic area because such area is subject to a BID, unless such reduction in service is part of a City-wide pro rata reduction in services necessitated by fiscal considerations or budgetary priorities.

BID Services. The specified services shall be provided in accordance with the BID Budget, attached hereto as Exhibit 1.4. Contractor agrees to provide the following, to wit:
BID Services. BID shall empty and dispose of the waste from twenty-four (24) garbage cans currently owned by the City located in the Downtown Business Improvement District. The location of the garbage cans is set out on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. BID shall assume ownership of the garbage cans on execution of this Agreement and shall be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the cans. Ownership of the cans by BID shall not relieve the City of its responsibility to pay for the emptying of the cans. Funds to pay for the emptying of the cans shall continue to come from xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx #0. The garbage cans shall be emptied a minimum of three (3) times per week in the months of April through October and a minimum of two (2) times per week in the months of November through March. BID shall have the discretion to determine the days of the week when the garbage cans are emptied. BID shall empty and dispose of the waste from other garbage cans it may choose to locate in the District at its own expense.
BID Services. BID shall empty and dispose of the waste collected by one- hundred thirty one (131) recycling and garbage cans located in the Downtown Business Improvement District. BID retains ownership of the recycling and garbage cans and shall be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the cans. Ownership of the cans by BID shall not relieve the City of its responsibility to pay for the emptying of the cans. Funds to pay for the emptying of the cans shall be paid through assessments from the City of Missoula Street Maintenance District #1 (the “Flushing District.”) The garbage cans shall be emptied a minimum of three (3) times per week in the months of April through October and a minimum of two (2) times per week in the months of November through March. Recycling cans shall be emptied at least two (2) times per week throughout the year. BID shall have the discretion to determine the days of the week when the cans are emptied. BID shall empty and dispose of the waste from other garbage and recycling cans it may choose to locate in the District at its own expense.
BID Services. 1. Prepare the Bid Package, including bid forms, Project Special Provisions, Standard Special Provisions, which will comprise the Contract Documents. Standard Commerce City and CDOT forms and formats will be used for the Contract Documents.

Under no circumstances may the Cloud Services be used for any illegal or illicit purpose in any geography where the Cloud Services are used. You must: (i) protect the secrecy of Your authorized user IDs and passwords; (ii) notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of any user ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (iii) report to Us immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any copying or distribution of content not authorized by Us. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet.
