Maintenance and Operation; Future Construction. City shall be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing the City System, including the Master Meters. Customer shall be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, extending, improving and enlarging the Customer System condition and shall promptly repair any leaks or breaks in the Customer System.

Maintenance and Operation; Future Construction. WTCPUA shall be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, extending, improving, and enlarging the WTCPUA Water System, including the Master Meters, in good working condition and shall promptly repair any leaks or breaks in the WTCPUA Water System. City shall be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, extending, improving, and enlarging the City System in good working condition and shall promptly repair any leaks or breaks in the City System.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • Pre-Construction Conference Participate in a Pre-Construction Conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • During Construction Upon request of the Owner the Contractor shall submit written proposals for unit prices to be applied in the event Change Order Work is authorized by the Owner to be performed under Case (b).
