Loss of clothing. The employer shall be responsible up to a maximum of $734.00 for an employees clothing which may be destroyed by fire in a changing house or other shelter provided that such destruction is not in any way caused by the employees own act or neglect.
Loss of clothing. The employee will be responsible for the reimbursement of the cost of safety footwear and jacket if an item is lost.
