Loss Experience Sample Clauses

Loss Experience. For a period of six (6) years following the Closing Date, Sellers shall provide Buyer with annual reports concerning the professional liability and general liability loss experience of the Facilities related to events occurring prior to the Closing Date. In addition, for a period of five (5) years following the Closing Date, Sellers shall provide Buyer with annual reports concerning the workers' compensation loss experience of the Facilities related to events occurring prior to the Closing Date.
Loss Experience. Schedule 2.21 sets forth, by year, for the current policy year and each of the three preceding policy years: (a) a summary of the loss experience under each policy; (b) a statement describing each claim under an insurance policy for an amount in excess of 10,000, which sets forth: (i) the name of the claimant; (ii) a description of the policy by insurer, type of insurance, and period of coverage; and (iii) the amount and a brief description of the claim; and (iv) a statement describing the loss experience for all claims that were self-insured, including the number and aggregate cost of such claims.

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period. 31.02 It shall be the responsibility of the employee to supply proof of their previous experience prior to the completion of their probationary period.   • Work Experience A sabbatical leave may be granted for contracted work or externship with other educational institutions, government agencies, corporations, or foundations related to the applicant’s discipline. A detailed, specific plan must be submitted by the applicant and approved by the Salary and Leaves Committee as likely to improve the applicant’s teaching effectiveness, strengthen the College’s academic program, or otherwise bring a clear benefit to students.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.
