LONG TERM INCOME REPLACEMENT BENEFITS. The Employer will maintain a Long Term Disability Insurance Benefit providing 60% of normal monthly earnings on behalf of all full-time employees who have completed six (6) full months of service and who are unable to perform their duties as the result of a non-occupational illness or injury. As of 01 July 2002, the premium for this L.T.D. benefit will be paid by the employee by way of payroll deductions on a bi-weekly basis. Please refer to your employee booklet for complete details. Upon request by the Local a copy of the current master policy will be provided upon receipt from the carrier.
