Long-Term Incentive Bonus Awards. Employee will receive awards under the Company’s long-term cash-based and/or equity-based programs, which may include stock options, stock appreciation rights, performance and non-performance restricted stock or restricted stock units, and/or cash, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

Long-Term Incentive Bonus Awards. Employee will receive awards under the Company’s long-term cash-based and/or equity-based programs, which may include stock options, stock appreciation rights, performance and non-performance restricted stock or restricted stock units, and/or cash, as determined by the Compensation Committee; provided that the value of Employee’s long-term incentive bonus equity-based awards at the target level shall be at the 75th percentile of the value of similar awards to Chief Executive Officers at companies in the Company’s then current proxy peer group, unless otherwise determined by the Compensation Committee.
Long-Term Incentive Bonus Awards. Employee will receive restricted stock awards, stock option grants and performance shares of stock in the Company in accordance with appendix (i) hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
