LOCATION SPECIFIC SUBMINIMUMS a. At each Location, in addition to any volume commitments set forth in the Agreement, commencing on the Location Term, Customer guarantees the minimum Usage Charges (for each Location, a “Location Subminimum”) and the Location Term commitments for the Services as set forth in Attachment 6-1. For purposes hereof, the Location Term for each location shall commence on the date on which the Location is “Lit” and ready to utilize the Services. A “Lit” building is defined as a facility where Company fiber is demarcated. If the Term of the Agreement expires before the expiration of the Location Term commitments set forth for all Location(s) under this Schedule, the terms and conditions of the Agreement (including applicable rates and charges for Services at each Location) shall continue to control and apply to this Schedule until the end of the Schedule Term.

LOCATION SPECIFIC SUBMINIMUMS. During each Monthly Period of the Term following the expiration of the Location Specific Ramp Period, Customer must meet the following location specific volume requirements. Each location specific volume requirement shall contribute to Customer's Monthly Minimum. A "Location Specific Ramp Period" for a specific location shall start on the date that MCI Worldcom notifies Customer by email or other written notice that MCI WorldCom has installed, activated and tested telecommunications facilities consisting of fiber optic cables and communications equipment with a capacity equal to or greater than OC-48 at the specific location and shall continue for a period of six (6) months thereafter. Commencing with the First Amendment Effective Date and all times during the Location Specific Ramp Period for each specific location, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to any minimum usage requirements.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Country Specific Terms Appendix A contains additional terms and conditions of the Agreement applicable to Participants residing in those countries. In addition, Appendix A also contains information and notices of exchange control and certain other issues of which the Participant should be aware.

  • Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • Health plan specification The Employer will require health plans participating in the Group Insurance Program to develop and implement health promotion and health education programs for State employees and their dependents.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Product Specific Terms these terms apply to specific Products referenced in this section.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.
