Common use of Location of Work Clause in Contracts

Location of Work. You will be required to work for Clients of the Company at various locations within a 30 mile radius of your initial Assignment. The exact location of each Assignment will be confirmed to you in each relevant Candidate Assignment Information Form. Assignments outside of this area may be offered to you by the Company.
